Majic Ship Audio Files These songs are taken from the Majic Ship CD "Songwaves Project". Most of this CD was recorded and mixed at my own 2 Guyz & A Fader Studios. In fact, it was the first project I did in this studio. I co-produced it with my good friend Dave Amato, guitarist for REO Speedwagon. The music is very much in the 60's Pop vein with some Pshychedelic, Rock, Blues and Country thrown in for good measure. The song "Tell Me (You're Coming Back) is a Rolling Stones cover and features a guest vocal by none other than Cher along with guest performances by former Stones guitarist, Mick Taylor and Stones keyboard player, Nicky Hopkins. "Dream About Mary" has a guest performance from REO Speedwagon bass player, Bruce Hall and "Turn The Beat Back On' features REO Speedwagon keyboard player, Neal Doughty. "Images" features the keyboard work of Brett Tuggle, who has played with artists like Fleetwood Mac, Chris Isaak, Steve Lukather, Rick Springfield, David Lee Roth, Steppenwolf and Stevie Nicks. The main members/songwriters in Majic Ship are Mike "Beefboy" Garrigan and Tommy Nikosey. Dave and I met Beefboy when he worked on the crew for Cher and we were playing in her band. Tommy is also one of the most successful graphic designers in the world.
